You, the Owner, have only one contract with a single point of responsibility. Our Team works together from the beginning, providing unified project design. The Team is also providing budget updates along the way to ensure dreams don’t exceed reality. Any changes are addressed by the entire team, leading to collaborative problem-solving and innovation, not excuses or blame-shifting. While single-source contracting is the fundamental difference between design-build and the old ways, equally important is the culture of collaboration inherent in design-build.

Would Definitely Recommend

We have used Imagine Remodeling on three different occasions. Imagine Remodeling did three bathrooms, the kitchen, flooring throughout, lighting, popcorn ceiling removal, drywall, painted the whole interior, and installed an updated front door. Jason was very good with helping us with design choices, and Brad, besides being fabulous at tile work, was meticulous in overseeing and scheduling all the trades. Cleanup each day was excellent.
