At Imagine Remodeling, we believe exactly the opposite. Great design of any space at any size can help us reimagine and reinvent ourselves. Design Process

When you work with Imagine Remodeling, our design team will be an integral part of your project. Our job as designers is to help you uncover what you need in a space and provide the expertise to make it a reality. We craft your plans, guide you in selecting the right materials, and help you navigate the overwhelming number of choices available in the marketplace. Our goal is to add clarity to the design process and help you create an environment reflective of who you are and how you want to live.

DESIGN PHASE 1:

As-Built Measurements and Conceptual Design

We measure and draw your current space, then begin reimagining what could be. We usually provide a few different concepts in 3D to help you work through the different options for your remodel or addition. Once you have a favorite, we move on to Phase 2.

DESIGN PHASE 2:

Schematic Design and Color Selections

Phase 2 is what some consider the best part: color selection! We meet in the design studio to pick cabinets, flooring, countertops, and other materials needed for your remodel. We guide you through all the options available and update your 3D model to showcase your materials. Then our designers start drawing your schematic interior design plans.

DESIGN PHASE 3:

Construction Documents

The hard part is over! For you, the homeowner, that is. Phase three is when our designer is hard at work finalizing your plans, elevations, and finish schedules to ensure the construction team can build every detail of your project correctly. Sit back, relax, and wait for construction to begin.
